Broker Operations Analyst - Singapore

Description:

Broker Operations Analyst will provide operational support across all client groups as well as complete daily processes and reporting. The role is varied and exploits different skillsets, whilst also collaboratively working with the business.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Executing daily reconciliations and settlement reporting.
  • Managing daily settlement requests and third-party settlement platforms.
  • Developing and distributing management reporting
  • Carry out basic Payments tasks, such as fund transfers and inter account transfers, fiat and digital deposits and withdrawals, raising payment tickets
  • Coordinate between several departments, especially Partner Success team, to resolve queries and ensure day to day efficiency in operations.
  • Understanding and anticipating the clients’ needs and expectations, offering ideas and solutions to improve the overall client experience.
  • Monitoring digital inventory.
  • Maintaining Operational documentation including process & procedure documents, legal documents, and corporate presentations.
  • Championing swift and effective service that increases opportunities and revenue
  • Ensure that more complex client issues are followed up and resolved in a timely manner
  • Work closely with the Treasury department regarding any payment queries
  • Understand the high-level functioning of MT4/5 platform and its relation to LMAX servers; raise any issues with the relevant team – Risk and MT4/5 team
  • Assisting with LMAX Deliverable FX queries and performing operational tasks and responsibilities
  • Working on Ad-hoc projects involving but not limited to, client product offerings, client onboarding and KYC, internal back-office systems and process improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the LMAX Global and LMAX Digital client experience
  • Working towards becoming a subject matter expert in Digital Assets

Requirements:

Essential Skills / Experience:

  • Business Fluency in written and verbal English & Mandarin
  • Effective relationship builder and influencer.
  • Pragmatic and flexible with ability to handle ambiguity and remain focused.
  • Confident and proactive in communicating with people at all levels and a good team player
  • Performance driven and results orientated with a strong bias for action and outcome. Strong problem solver.
  • Can handle large workloads and remain calm and productive in stressful situations
  • Reliable and willing to work antisocial hours to meet client requirements, solve their problems and thus encourage future business.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Previous client facing experience
