Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in a program across various departments, including Technology, Finance, Operations, Sales, and Customer Support. You can select your desired area at the time of application.
- Collaborate with experienced professionals and contribute to meaningful projects.
- Assist in the analysis and resolution of complex business problems.
- Gain a thorough understanding of LMAX Group's systems, processes, and products.
- Provide support for day-to-day operations and long-term strategic initiatives.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Interest in financial markets and technology is a plus.
