Position Description: LMAX Group is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will play a vital role in driving our recruitment strategy and attracting top-tier talent across Sales and Digital disciplines. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with hiring managers and delivering a streamlined recruitment process to meet the demands of our rapidly growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for senior and specialized roles, ensuring the successful acquisition of talent aligned with our organizational goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to specific roles and departments.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize your expertise to identify, engage, and assess high-quality candidates through various sourcing methods, including networking, online platforms, and direct searches.
- Employer Branding: Champion LMAX Group’s employer brand by effectively communicating our culture and value proposition to potential candidates.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining clear communication and promoting a professional image of the organization.
- Data Management: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and inform ongoing improvements in the recruitment process.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure that all recruitment practices adhere to company policies and legal regulations, while implementing best practices within the talent acquisition function.
Requirements:
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner in the insititutional FX space specially hiring for sales roles.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices and trends in the financial technology or related sectors.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes concurrently, while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Familiarity with the financial services industry is mandatory.
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to candidates and hiring managers.
