IT Operations Analyst

Description:

LMAX Group is a FinTech company that designs, develops, builds and runs leading edge financial exchanges in major financial centres around the world, specializing in fiat and crypto currencies.

We want an energetic person to join our new Infrastructure and Operations Team. The team is part of the wider Technical Operations function, which consists of Systems, Networks, Security, and Corporate support specialists. Together, the TechOps teams look after LMAX’s on-premises and cloud infrastructure.

Operations Analysts are second line support for our products and infrastructure. They take ownership of alerts and solve them, including the interaction between other teams. This role will require collaboration with different parts of the business while progressing issues to resolution. Operations Analysts also support our DC Operators and engineering teams with their on-site requirements, travelling to our data centres for installations and repairs.

This role is the first Operations Analyst position in London and presents an exciting opportunity for an engineer to contribute in a dynamic and fast-paced industry. Team members will work alongside and learn from senior engineers with different specializations. The position offers access to a broad range of engineering disciplines, allowing people to shape their career growth in many potential directions.

The role operates on a hybrid model, with an expectation of four days per week at our Shepard's Bush headquarters to foster collaboration and team connection
