Product Manager
Description:
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of FX and liquidity products, from concept through to delivery and ongoing management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, sales, and operations, to ensure that our products meet market demands and deliver strategic value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end product management of FX and liquidity products, including ideation, planning, development, and go-to-market execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Technology, Sales, Operations) and external stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and customer needs.
- Oversee project management activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, including user testing, product enhancements, and ongoing performance evaluation.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
- Act as the product champion, communicating product vision, benefits, and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, with specific experience managing FX or liquidity-related products.
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of overseeing projects from inception to completion.
- Solid understanding of the FX industry, liquidity models, and trading platforms.
- Experience working in agile development environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Desirable Skills:
- Certification in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile methodologies).
- Experience with product development in a financial services or fintech environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
