Interim Reward and Compensation Manager (4-6months FTC)

Description:

LMAX Group is seeking a detail-oriented Interim Reward and Compensation Manager to ensure our compensation and reward strategies are competitive and aligned with industry standards. This role does not include benefits management but will focus exclusively on compensation-related tasks. A crucial aspect of this position is to provide detailed, insightful data presentations tailored for various audiences, including C-suite executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the overall compensation structure for LMAX Group, ensuring alignment with business goals and market benchmarks.
  • Conduct regular salary benchmarking and market analysis, using internal and external data sources such as Radford AON.
  • Design and implement compensation frameworks, including salary ranges, incentives, and bonus schemes.
  • Compile, analyze, and interpret compensation data to provide strategic insights.
  • Present data in various formats (reports, dashboards, presentations) with a focus on clarity and readability, particularly for senior leadership and executive teams.
  • Collaborate closely with People Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure compensation policies are competitive and support talent acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Review and refine pay equity practices to ensure internal fairness.
  • Stay informed of evolving trends and regulatory changes in compensation and reward management.

Requirements:

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in reward and compensation management, with a focus on compensation (not benefits).
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to manipulate and present complex data clearly and concisely.
  • Experience working with compensation benchmarking tools such as Radford AON.
  • Proficiency in creating executive-level reports, presentations, and data visualizations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and an ability to work autonomously.
  • LTIPS and shares experience would be ideal.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • CIPD, WorldatWork, or similar certification in compensation management is a plus.
