Broker Operations Product Manager MT4/MT5

About the Role:

Broker Operations Product Manager will manage the department related third party products, offer support to the team. The person will work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth provision of the service and support to the clients.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Liaise with the relevant external third parties to ensure all products/plugins/bridges are up to date and to ensure the smooth running of MT4/MT5 as well as be able to identify and quickly solve any complications
• Be the first point of contact for MT4/MT5 and maintain the 24-hour function of MT4/MT5
• Understand and anticipate the needs and expectations of the clients – offering and implementing new ideas to the Head of Broker Operations to enhance the client experience
• Manage ticket system and ensure all tickets are completed in a timely manner
• Ensure all project and product related tasks and reports are done in a timely manner, develop new reports where necessary
• Assist Head of Broker Operations in providing support and training to the team to fully understand new product and processes
• Liaise with the development department regarding GUI bugs/enhancements/production issues/back-office functionality
• Work closely with the Treasury, Risk, Onboarding and Compliance departments to resolve issues, as well as improve common processes and procedures.
• Ensure all databases are up-to-date and client information is accurate
• Ensure the daily, weekly, and monthly MT4 administrative tasks are carried out in a timely manner
• Create new and enhance existing procedures, and document them

Requirements:

Essential Skills / Experience:

• Previous MT4 or MT5 experience
• Previous experience with multiple bridge providers/plugins
• Project or product management experience
• Previous experience in managing incidents
• Solid mathematical understanding
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications
• Confident and proactive in communicating with people at all levels
• Reliable and willing to work antisocial hours to meet client requirements, solve their problems and thus encourage future business
