PA to ExCo


This role will involve day to day support to our Chief People Officer and the wider People & Culture department. With the growing executive team, as well as the responsibilities this is an opportunity to pull everything together and introduce a really efficient support function and enable an Personal Assistant to take ownership and responsibility of the smooth running of all business commitments: seamless organisation to free up the Chiefs’ times to focus on the priorities.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the stakeholders whom you’ll be aiding. Providing cohesive communications and correspondence.
  • Diary Management – Working closely with CPO to coordinate busy diary, enabling flexibility around priorities and accommodating frequent last-minute changes, potentially support other C-Suite members.
  • Travel Management – Assisting with travel arrangement and management for C-Suite.
  • Office Management – Ensuring all office needs are met: working closely with ops and office management to meet day to day requirements: IT, tech and equipment/ food and drink.
  • Colleague engagement/Event support - Coordinate events/training that is relevant to People & Culture.
  • Wider People & Culture department support - Assist with colleagues where further support is needed.
  • Supporting other key senior stakeholders as and when required.


Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent organisational skills: complex diaries and travel. Be able to manage multiple diaries
  • Efficient and resourceful: Thinking through logistics, commitments and priorities to build solutions which support the c-suite business and company outcomes
  • Emotional intelligence: able to build rapport and adapt style to context: robust and button down but able to remain warm and approachable
  • Gravitas – dealing with senior industry figures and building relationships with key business connections
  • Total discretion
  • Someone who enjoys building relationships, and sees the role as a holistic support function in terms of connecting
  • IT savvy – word and some PowerPoint for presentations (minimal). WhatsApp/Slack etc – able to help tech set ups for C-Suite or work with IT to enable this
