Broker Operations/Partner Success Graduate Analyst (1 year FTC)
Description:
This program offers a unique opportunity to see the full lifecycle of a trade—from the operational mechanics that power our exchange to the relationship management that ensures our global partners thrive.
Your time will be split between 2 departments - 6 months Broker Operations / 6 months Partner Success.
Rotation 1: Broker Operations (Months 1-6)
In this rotation, you will be embedded in the team responsible for the daily health of our trading venues. You will ensure that the flow of funds and trades remains seamless.
- Trade Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of trade executions to resolve client queries and internal discrepancies.
- Payment Infrastructure: Manage the operational flow of client funds, including deposits, withdrawals, and inter-account transfers across LMAX Global and LMAX Digital.
- Platform Support: Gain a technical understanding of the LMAX Central Limit Order Book (CLOB) and how it interacts with platforms like MT4/MT5 and FIX APIs.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all tasks adhere to strict regulatory standards (e.g., CASS) and internal risk policies.
- Data Reporting: Distribute daily management reports regarding liquidity and operational performance.
Rotation 2: Partner Success (Months 7-12)
Having mastered the "how," you will move to the "who." You will work with our institutional partners (banks, funds, and brokers) to ensure they are getting the maximum value from the LMAX ecosystem.
- Account Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for institutional clients, managing their journey from onboarding to daily trading activity.
- Commercial Insights: Use CRM data (Salesforce) to identify trends in client behavior and suggest ways to optimize their trading strategy.
- Collaboration: Act as the bridge between the client and the Sales and Technology teams to troubleshoot issues and deliver new product features.
- Market Education: Assist partners in understanding LMAX market microstructure, liquidity pools, and the benefits of our "no last look" execution model.
- Project Delivery: Lead a capstone project aimed at improving the partner experience or streamlining the onboarding journey.
