Sales Graduate (1 year FTC)

Description:

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious graduate to gain 12 months of intensive, hands-on experience at a leading global FinTech firm. As a Graduate Sales Analyst (1-Year FTC), you will immediately contribute to our global institutional sales efforts across FX and Digital Assets.

This role is a defined, entry-level contract designed to provide you with high-value commercial and financial markets experience in a regulated, institutional environment. You will be an integral part of the Sales team, providing essential support and directly impacting our business operations. This position is ideal for candidates looking for a focused, fast-paced commercial foundation before pursuing long-term career goals.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for the accuracy and maintenance of the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring all client data and sales activities are meticulously logged.
  • Generate weekly and monthly sales reports and performance metrics for senior management.
  • Conduct targeted research on prospective institutional clients (banks, funds, asset managers) and key market movements to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare pre-meeting briefs and competitive analysis for senior Sales Executives.
  • Assist the Sales team in preparing high-quality client presentations, commercial proposals, and term sheets.
  • Manage and respond to day-to-day operational queries from existing clients, ensuring a high level of service is maintained.
  • Coordinate and schedule client meetings, travel arrangements, and industry event participation for the Sales team.
  • Work closely with the Operations and Compliance teams to streamline the client onboarding and due diligence process.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a 2:1 undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Business, STEM, or a related field.
  • A demonstrable, passion for the financial markets, particularly Foreign Exchange (FX), FX Liquidity and institutional Digital Assets.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and confidently.
  • Proven ability to handle data accurately and manage administrative tasks with meticulous precision.

  • Prior experience or internships in a professional office environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
