About the role:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Graduate to join our People and Culture Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions while contributing to the development of our company culture and employee engagement initiatives.

    • Recruitment Support: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
    • Onboarding: Help coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing induction materials, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
    • Employee Engagement: Support the HR team in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and events to foster a positive workplace culture.
    • Learning & Development: Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and development programs, and manage the associated administrative tasks.
    • HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records, prepare HR documentation, and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
    • HR Projects: Participate in various HR projects and initiatives to support the strategic goals of the HR department and the organization.
    • Compliance: Assist with maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations, ensuring all HR practices adhere to best practices.

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
    • Team Player: A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and support team members.
    • Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to take on new challenges.
    • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn new HR systems and software.
