Microsoft Engineer (Office 365)

*This is a full-time position based out of our West London office on a 3-month initial contract (Inside IR35) with the likelihood of extension

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deploy, tune and maintain Office/Microsoft 365 Environments with the ability to remediation any issue 
  • Deploy, tune and maintain Azure AD Environments with the ability to remediation any issue 
  • Deploy, tune and maintain advanced Microsoft 365 Services including Enterprise and Mobility 
  • Maintenance of On-Premise and Azure Active Directory environments including Group Policies 
  • Expert Intune administration and configuration 
  • Windows 11 deployment via Intune 
  • Assist in maintaining and deploying applications using Intune 
  • Coordinating workloads within the department 
  • Provide guidance and leadership as a Microsoft expert to other members of the department 
  • Working with internal teams and vendors to support applications and environments 
  • Working with stakeholders on strategy and vision 
  • Routine network maintenance in various Microsoft environments 
  • Support escalation from the service desk, providing clear knowledge documentation when required 
  • Automate repeatable tasks  


Requirements:

Qualifications 

  • Ten years or more of IT support experience is preferred 
  • Five years or more of advanced Office 365 experience is preferred 
  • Solid experience in support management roles is preferred 
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure Active Directory and on premise non-Microsoft directory services is preferred 
  • Having a worked in a highly motivated, fast-paced, critical support role 
  • An excellent reputation for support to end-users and collaborating with other subject matter experts 
  • Excellent decision making and critical-thinking skills 
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills are required 
  • Ability to meet deadlines  
  • Ability to learn and support new technologies and train others 
  • Must be an energetic and highly motivated self-starter 
  • Must be self-motivated and have a positive attitude 
  • Must be detail oriented 
  • Must have the ability to multi-task 
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively with others 
  • Experience of NEAT.io audio visual is an advantage
